Corsham is a small town in the county of Wiltshire dating back to Medieval times and is famed for it’s architecture, ’Corsham Court stands on a former Saxon Manor site, once inside, the fine Adam furniture and ‘Old Masters’ art collection won‘t fail to impress, or why not wander around Corsham Park, take in the pretty landscape and Lake that was created by Capability Brown. Lacock Abbey and Fox Talbot Museum is close by, this breathtaking Medieval Abbey was converted into a Country House, which was used in the filming of Harry Potter, and Museum dedicated to photography. Or perhaps a thrilling experience of driving in a Porsche, speeding around a Race Track, or maybe just enjoy the more experienced as they race around this testing track. Bath and it’s wonders are only eight miles away and the historical treasures such as the Roman Baths and the 18th Century Pump Room, The astonishing Abbey, the majestic sweep of The Crescent or how about the bustle and activity of the Open Market. Or there is always the delights of walking and cycling the pretty surrounding countryside, or follow in Georgian footsteps and attend the Theatre Royal that’s home to performances of comedy, drama, and dance.
