Parkfield Judo Club in Eastbourne meets every Wednesday night, junior training runs from 6.45-8pm and seniors are from 8-9.30pm. Everyone is welcome and the first session is always free! Please call 07946 065342 for more details or just come along wearing loose clothing to Cavendish Sports Centre.
