O'Tooles guest house is located at the corner of Dublin Street and Regent Road next to the Heritage Market. City BnB is located at the corner of Waterloo Road (Regent Road same road as OTooles the road changes name) and vulcan Street two blocks down from OTooles Check in for City BnB is at OTooles guest house. O'Toole's is a pet friendly bar and guest house. OTooles rooms are all en-suite and maintained to the highest standards with stunning river views. City BnB rooms are all shared bathrooms 1 bathroom between 3 rooms all maintained on a daily basis We have only just purchased city BnB January 2010 and are refurbishing thats the reason the prices are low.The refurbishment completion date is april 2nd 2010 all new furniture is from sweden in black wood and black and cream bedding and curtains All rooms have central heating with the following features: tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, digital television, free WiFi and irons & ironing boards at OTooles City BnB have iron and ironing boards on the landings and tea and coffee facilities on the landings at present. The guest house is above O'Tooles Wine bar where you can enjoy live jazz and other local musicians. City BnB is above the Waterloo Diner a small transport cafe the cafe is open mon to sat from 7.30 am to 2.00pm The wine bar is also available for private functions by request. A 14 seater minibus is also available for group bookings on request. Liverpool is more than just a city with a big reputation - It's the centre of beauty, culture and entertainment that should be explored. Many of the attractions in Liverpool are superb value or free. The Three Graces, Albert Dock and Pier Head are iconic, dramatic and delving into their history in the city's museums is an enlightening experience.c
