This cosy cottage is set in rolling countryside that is a paradise for walkers and bird watchers, yet within easy reach of good, fast roads. Adjoining the owner's home, it is just ¼ mile from the village shop and pub serving food. Kinross (4½ miles), a historic town lying on the shores of Loch Leven and renowned for its trout fishing, offers sailing as well as shops, restaurants, cycle hire, indoor pool and sports centre. Nearby, the Ochil Hills offer superb walking, the famous Knockhill racing circuit is only 11 miles distant, and the Scottish National Park and the Trossachs are easily accessible, as is Fife to the east. Several golf courses and riding can be found locally.
