Nestling in the beautiful countryside of the north of the Isle of Man we offer two delightful self catering holiday cottages situated on a working farm. Both are rated at 4 stars and are open throughout the year. Treat yourselves to a real Manx holiday on our working 350 acre sheep and cereal farm. Smeale Farm Cottages offer peace and tranquility in the beautiful north of the Isle of Man and enjoy panoramic views across open fields to the hills and sea. Just a mile away are the beach and the 670 acre Ayres National Nature Reserve that stretches for several miles along the northern coast.

With both of our cottages rated at 4 Stars and very well equipped, you can rest assured that your stay will be comfortable and relaxing in these light and cheerful farm cottages with full double glazing and oil-fired central heating throughout.

Prices are all-inclusive (no meters to worry about) and, to ensure that you quickly settle into your holiday home, we provide all your bed linen, towels and tea towels, although we would ask you to provide your own beach towels. Children are very welcome with cot and highchair available free of charge. As we try to keep the cottages allergy free, we are sorry but it is not possible to accommodate pets.
