A modern purpose built venue conveniently located in the heart of the Kent countryside, idyllically located near the picturesque village of East Malling yet only ten minutes from the M20 Jct 4 and the stations of East Malling and West Malling nearby. Free on-site parking for 200 cars plus space for coaches.
Set in 200 hectares of open agricultural land, principally used for growing fruit and researching into growing techniques, the Centre boasts a welcoming environment away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life. Outside teambuilding events are always popular.
The 200 seat air-conditioned auditorium has an adjustable sound proof partition & is fitted with state of the art AV technology. For smaller meetings there are versatile seminar rooms with natural daylight, which can be broken down into smaller syndicate rooms. A large foyer area of up to 230sq m is ideal for exhibitions, receptions and refreshment breaks provided by our on-site caterers. Rates are all inclusive, so there are no hidden suprises!
