Sunnyside cottage was built in 1841 and is one of the oldest buildings in the area. It has a B&B history spreading back over 60 years. It boasts an AA 3 Star Rating. An ideal stopping place to visit Balloch Castle; Loch Lomond; the historic City of Glasgow; Stirling; Edinburgh and the Trossachs by road or rail we are also well placed for those who love to ramble. Why not visit Dumbarton the ancient capital of the kingdom of Strath-clyde and Dumbarton Castle sited on a 240ft high Volcanic plug.A deceptively large cottage with six en-suite rooms; each with its own style of décor. Continually modernised and upgraded to meet the needs of the 21st century guest; it still retains its warm Cottage feel. With a safe and secure rear garden with pleasantly lit patio area you can enjoy the warm Summer evening’s and relax. We have our own private car park enough for all our rooms and some to spare. A secure courtyard is available for Motor Bikes and Cycles.PLEASE NOTE: Check In is from 15:00 to 21:00. Check Out is by 10:30. We are a no smoking accommodation. Pets can be accommodated by prior arrangement for a charge of £5 per stay.
