Open Wednesday to Saturday, 11.30-16.00, a visit to Slough Museum in Slough High Street is an exciting trip out for all the family. Admission is free and there is disabled access. Take ‘A Journey Through Time’ and discover Slough’s history, from mammoths to modern day or visit our temporary exhibitions showing work by local groups. There are drop in children’s activities throughout the year and special events for families during the holidays. We offer an education service for schools and go out to local groups giving talks. If you have a local inquiry we can use our collections to try and answer it, or if you are looking for a photograph we can carry out a search for you. We welcome new volunteers to help in our shop and reception area.
