The Downland was formerly a private residence built around 1902 and is an ideal base when visiting Eastbourne and the many surrounding attractions. Our restaurant has a fine reputation and our other facilities include a cosy bar, comfortable lounge and a small, secluded garden - we also have our own car park for our Guests exclusive use.
