Clifton Hampden is an attractive Thames-side village. This 16th Century Inn is close to the river Thames, 4 miles east of abingdon, 8 miles south of Oxford city. The Bar serves a good choice of real ales and fine beverages for adults and children. We also have a restaurant serving oriental style food and take aways which include vegetarian dishes. All of our rooms are en-suite and have a television with free view, a muti region DVD player, a fridge, telephone and tea making facilities. Some of the original features of the Inn includes its thatched roof and inglenook fireplace.
