Windermere Steamboat Centre has a unique collection of Lake Windermere's nautical heritage in a spectacular and tranquil lakeside setting. Our premier all-weather attraction has a Tea Room, Shop, Model Boat Pond, Picnic Area with magnificent lake views, free car and coach parking, good facilities for the disabled.

Guided Tours of the Centre are available every day.

'Swallow and Amazons' Exhibition will run for the whole season and is a must for Arthur Ransome enthusiasts, Guided tours of 'Esperance' (Ransome's inspiration for Captain Flint's Houseboat) subect to availability of the Guide. 'Mavis' and 'Coch-y-Bonddhu' also on display.
