Built in 1900 The Riverside Hotel was originally part of the railway station until it changed into a public house in the 1950's. It has a separate bar area for drinkers and a separate dining area including a conservatory where you can eat and look over the river glen outside. The pub has a function room for private parties or meetings and outside there is a wonderful decking area with tables and thatched roof umbrellas to sit under in the nicer weather and look at the river whilst enjoying a drink and some traditional home cooked fare.
