From the minute you arive at Overhailes Farmhouse we want to make sure you have everything you need to make the most of your stay with us. We have 3 beautiful rooms for you to choose from. All our bedrooms have en-suite shower (and/or bath) rooms, double (or twin) bed(s), tea & coffee making facilities, TV & DVD player. One of our guest rooms is split over two levels with the bedroom and en-suite bathroom on one floor and a hidden cosy seating area on the upper floor with a day bed. Perfect if you need extra room. Our second lovely guest room has windows looking east and south toward Traprain Law and Hailes Castle. It also contains a decorative fireplace, which we discovered during renovation of the house in 2002.
