And no trip to North Yorkshire would be complete without making the 20 mile drive to Harrogate, a beautiful town boasting stunning architecture, glorious formal gardens and fabulous shopping – a fitting setting for the justifiably famous Betty's Tea Rooms. York's Minster, Jorvik Museum and great array of attractions are also within easy reach. Pub serving food 400 yards. Shops 5 miles.
