Austwick Hall opened as Luxury Country House Guest Accomodation in July of 2007 and was awarded the coveted Five Stars, Gold Award. We are a 2008 Finalist in the Yorkshire Tourist Board's "White Rose Awards" for Best Newcomer to Tourism and a Yorkshire Life Finalist for Small but Special Place to Stay 2009/2010. Austwick Hall is an historic manor house set in extensive gardens and grounds perched above the village. Austwick is a wooded oasis surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Yorkshire Dales. It is an ideal base for the many local Wainwright walks to Feizor, Wharfe or the Norber erratics or the more challenging three peaks of Ingleborough, Pen-y-ghent and Whernside. Alternatively just relax in the drawing room, reception hall or panelled sitting room, with their roaring log fires, or on the terrace looking over the gardens. Austwick Hall can be exclusively yours! Whether it be an anniversary, birthday or just a good old get together. The house and grounds make the perfect setting for a memorable celebration. The house is full of interesting architectural features and has been furnished to provide all the comforts of a country house. All the five en-suite bedrooms provide a high standard of spacious accommodation individually decorated and furnished with antiques.
