Visitors can wander at leisure within 10,000 square feet of glasshouses where plants from both arid and tropical parts of the world are displayed, some like tiny pebbles, others tall and majestic. See aloes, prickly pears and pin cushion cactus. There are also thousands of plants for sale, making it a fascinating place to visit whatever the weather.
