Required a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. Room was a standard double with two pull out beds. This was very tight for space, I would have expected a 'larger' room to accomodate the extra beds. Reception staff really were not helpful particullarly with the lack of car parking available. They found it a challenge to suggest a solution. They also wish to charge £5+p+p to post a paperback book worth £3.99 that was left behind with no effort to compromise. I hope the receprionist enjoys reading it as much as I wanted to. Although a family room was booked we felt the presence of our children was frowned upon especially in the bar areas. I would AVOID this hotel if you have children and perhaps are a bit forgetful with your paperback books.
