This was a travesty of an event. The reading of a Christmas Carol took place in an animal house smelling very strongly of urine and the ghost visitations were accompanied by the sound of squealing pigs. For £26 there was very little to show for the experience, not even a glass of mulled wine thrown in. I took my sister as a treat and was embarrassed, as it was after visiting a similar event at knebworth house in previous years. Even the food was a complete rip off at £3.75 for a small sausage wrapped in a strip of pastry. Appalling from start to finish.
