Our booking was cancelled at a days notice by the owner (no hot water due to broken boiler) although we understand faults happen, the owner was not sympathetic to the cancellation or did not attempt to help find us alternative accommodation. This resulted in our holiday being ruined and were unable to rebook at such short notice therefore our holiday was cancelled and we lost money on rebooked attractions in the area.
