Good food, apalling service. Two of us got there just after six on a Wednesday, ordered food by 6:20 and nothing had arrived by 7:00. When I enquired about it, we were promised to have our food "in 5 minutes", then told that there had been a lot of orders in the kitchen (there were only about 3 more full tables after we sat down!) and the food would be another 10 minutes. Almost an hour after ordering, I went to ask about our food again - there was no apology and I was treated as I if I was being unresonable. Finally, we got our food a whole hour after ordering with not so much as an apology, or a free drink or a basket of bread to keep us going. Not even a word as we were leaving! I would not go back there.
