Good Points: Good room cleaned daily,nice outlook from window. Breakfast although not in the same Hotel was very good. most of the staff excellent. Good discount price for room, Vouchers for Car Park useful at £5 a day, a big saving.
Bad Points: Trouble with Key card i.e couldn't get into Hotel and room, needed to get it re-validated three or four times over 3 day period. Bit of a pain as the room was on the second floor kept me fit. Manager kept asking whether i had two cards because that could confuse the system, why would i as they had given me it in the first place it wasn't as if i'd picked one up somewhere. The promised free Broadband in the Hotel only worked if i took my Laptop into the bar which was usually full of non guests.
General review: Enjoyed the stay, and the City.
