Booked a people carrier on 14/8/14 for airport pickup today. We waited for nearly three quarters of an hour at arrivals terminal 2' kept being told they were there. With 3 tired kids after a transatlantic flight you don't need this, then the taxi was on level 5 dep! Phoned to cancel it and was shouted at and had the phone put down on me. Certainly will not use this firm again.
