Good Points: Nice people running it, breakfast very good (slightly slow), quiet, parking, price is fair.
Bad Points: Smell in upstairs area VERY strong, smelt like either strong dog smell and or damp, need to get rid of. Room was a bit small. TV reception poor. Need better TV's and proper arial, CD (DVD) player.
General review: Good, and again nice owners (unsure if stay again) due to smell upstairs. Less critical but a factor - maybe room a bit small and very marked lean in floor, bedroom, TV reception.
