the site is not what it seems, some of the pictures on there web site are not from the camp site ie some of the pics of caravans, the bowling green is not the one on the site or the golf pic.there is no club house it flooded some 3 year ago.the shop is only open mornings,no cafe,no equestrian centre it closed down 2 years ago.the security is next to useless only covers from 20.00 to 02.00,on the good side the site is very clean and tidy the swimming pool is ok but very cold and the slide never worked.

I stayed here for a long weekend and found it to be a truly beatiful place. I have had alot of experience of Holiday Parks over the years both with and without family and thought that this Caravan Park was about as good as they get. Everywhere you turned the Park was spotless with beautiful grounds. Every caravan was set in it's own private garden so you had your own personal space with roads and streetlighting throughout. I would recommend the fishing lake as a great place to relax and the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and fitness suite was 1st class and never crowded. I will be coming back again later in the year with my daughter and the grandchildren and I'm sure they'll love all the local beeches. Well recommended.

The weather was cold for July. There was not enough for the children to do. We enjoy walking our dogs but there were no walks near even though you are in the country. It was a drive everyday to Withernsea to the supermarket, beach and shops.
