Very clean and tidy. Viv and Roger are very friendly. Breakfast is plentiful and it is very good for people with special needs which is important. It is very close to the town centre and the beach. There is a bus stop about 8 paces from the front door. There is a colour TV in the rooms with 5 terestrial channels, and tea & coffe making facilities. The room we stayed in had an ensuite toilet and shower. If anyone is going to Hastings, I would recommend staying at the Senlac.
