Good Points: Staff helpful and good value for money.
Bad Points: Room was noisy, a wedding was on till late and woken early.

Bad Points: Check in was slow - one person started it and another interfered and seemed to lack the desire to be there. I asked for a sandwich for my room as I had arrived later than expected - I was told to go to the bar to order. I then received a call from reception to say my sandwich was ready for collection! When I went to reception they told me it was in the bar! I had to carry my meal and drink up to the room without a tray and had to take the stairs (to 2nd floor) as I hadn't got enough hands to handle the lift as well! The room was not the cleanest I have been in and was very very basic!
General review: Not impressed and certainly do not think it was worth £40.

Good Points: The room was very clean and staff were very friendly.
Bad Points: Wi Fi was not up to stratch but ok. No heating in the room which made for a very cold stay.
