Formerly this practice was a partnership business which I have been attending for up to 30 years but there has been a massive deterioration in the operation since the takeover by a National.I called for my appointment today at 10.45 and was once again asked to complete a form which I have completed many times previously and refused. The Receptionist then brought a large lady and asked me the same question and again I refused whereupon I was informed they could not treat me.I have been very happy with the Dentist Mr Taylor over the years and have to travel 40 miles round trip for treatment which am happy to do but I refuse to be taken in by beaurocracy.Thank you Mr Taylor for your work over the years but farewell to you, now I will look for a Dentist more local to me. Things will never be the same again at Bridge House, poor staff, and rather dirty premises lessen the pleasure attending once had. R.Taylor
