Mrs Rhodes had a very bad expereance with this dentist,having previously visited on three separate occasions wirh the same problem.On this visit she was told that a root was causing the problems but that he could not do the extraction, and would refer her to Sandbach specialist dentist, this he failed to do and mrs rhodes had to endure the pain for the long weekend, the dentist offered no painkilling to her.When she visited the sandbach clinic, we had to ask them to contact Holmes Chapel to ask about the referal and they still had not done it by 3rd of May, and we were told quite rudely that we should not have expected the referal so quickley as it was a bank holiday weekend, all in all we were very disatisfied with Holmes Chapel Dentistry Practice. To make things worse, when the Dentist in Sandbach looked at mrs Rhodes, she pointed out that the trouble was with a Wisdom Tooth, this was removed and the problem was resolved. Wrong diagnosis and delays in referals make this the worst service i have ever had with dentists. Mrs Rhodes has now gone to a new practice who could not believe the treatment she had recieved at Holmes Chapel Not reccomended as a dentist
