the receptionists at this surgery are very rude, they dont know how to speak to patients on the phone, they act like they are the doctors, they are horrible to deal with and they have no consederation what so ever. i need prescriptions and the receptions kept on turning me around and beating around the bush on the phone. all i wanted is to ask for a prescription for a gestational pregnancy problem i am 30 weekks pregnant and have run out. they are just horrible!
