Waited over 15 minutes listening to a recorded message telling me I was in a queue and my call would be answered as soon as possible. I think a time delay of this long is completely unacceptable!

I heard on 'Newsnight' this evening that Dr. Howard Stoate is in total agreement with the new NHS reforms relating to GP comissioning - this was said by Jeremy Hunt on the programme - I would be interested to know his thoughts on the subject.
