The food in this reataurant is amazing. We were staying in a time share lodge at the nearby Craigendarroch Hotel and we had booked dinner with our grown up family on the strength of an article in the Times last year about an adventure holiday. Trevor was extrwmely welcoming and attentive without being "over the top." We had pre dinner drinks in the comfortable lounge and then moved to the conservatory dining room where exquisite food was beautifully presented. The restaurant is not cheap for Scotland (£370 for five including drinks)but you could expect to pay almost double for the same quality in our native Yorkshire. We would definitely eat there again.
