Good Points: Room good, comfortable, clean. Superb location. Good breakfast.
Bad Points: Confusion over booking - tried to charge us for meals when booked half board.
Quality of evening meal in restaurant poor for price charged.
General review: Enjoyed despite defects, but would not use this hotel again.

Good Points: Clean, comprehensive support and facilities
Bad Points: Walking to the hotel fcilities in the rain
General review: My staff comments are limited to the breakfast team who did not work as a team; therefore inattentive. Also I think not well trained in customer satisfaction. Much improved after a complaint to management. But really nice people!
