You might imaging it is a two star hotel, with 4 diamond and as it described online: “a Ideally situated ........” You might think for a 50 British pound per night, it is a good deal from www.booking.com. Guess what, you are wrong! Here is the reality: I spent one terrible night in this so called “Guest House”, the attic, with 1/3 of room space to stand-up, small dirty bathroom with black mildew, cold.I have pictures to prove. It is nothing near a guest room or hotel!!! It is not the worst yet. When you found that you are in a nightmare that you have no time to find another hotel in a place like Cambridge at the night of arrival with luggage, you find that you can’t cancel it the next morning. The host of the hotel is very prepared that you want to leave the second day. He will calmly tell you that you only can cancel your booking three days before, that is the policy from www.booking.com. Well, you should thank god it is not a dog house than an attic now. Hey, he might put a policy on a dog house and then a guest has to live in it, for days booked online! You will also find when you call www.booking.com for this, they would say the hotel has the policy! I feel sorry that booking.com endorse a business like this! Uhuh, we are in a loop with no where to complain. Watch out! You never know what you get from www.booking.com! DLi
