Eating out is a risky business! As visitors to St Ives we had no idea where to go - and over a few days we were served the usual mish-mash of tinned soups and tinned sauces, masquerading as haute cuisine! Not so at SIMS restaurant, Street-An-Pol, St Ives (opposite the Tourist Information offices). The business is run by husband and wife team Gill and Paul Simms. The food served was fresh and cooked to perfection. No tinned anything at SIMS! If you are holidaying at St Ives, or a resident, we can highly recommend SIMS. Our only regret was that we discovered SIMS in the last two days of our holiday and not the first two. We will be back! Bob and Helen Edwards, Leamington Spa.
