I never actually got to stay in this hotel, because when I arrived they denied all knowledge of our booking. We had the number given to us from our e-mail confirmation. The receptionist refused to accept that we had a booking and said they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do! I then proceeded to phone my daughter and got her to re-e-mail the confirmation. They kept me waiting nearly half an hour, and decided that the agency? would have to provide an alternative hotel. This hotel was 15 miles away! I was not offered any compensation by your hotel, I found the experience quite humiliating.
