We visit the Tors whenever possible as it is without doubt the best hotel we can find anywhere in the country. You cannot beat the stunning location, the exquisite food, the fantastic friendly staff and the value for money. Everyone is made to feel welcome even the dog! and the Christmas and New Year packages are just absolutely wonderful. The best time ever. Long may you continue and we will see you again soon.

This is a very dog friendly hotel, they are allowed everywhere and the charge is minimal. There are many walks on the doorstep which the dogs loved. The pool outdoors is a magnet for all of the children who took it over and spent most of their time in the water. There is very limited car parking at the main entrance. We managed to squeeze in next to a delapidated garage in the rear car park away from the hotel and then stumbled down a very steep muddy path to the rear hotel entrance. Set way above the village of Lynmouth itself also makes it difficult to dine in the village as the wealk back is very steep. In short best for dog lovers and families.

This has got to be the most perfect setting for a relaxing and quality break in North Devon. Everything at The Tors is top class - the rooms are lovely, the views stunning, the food in the restaurant is amazing, and the staff the best I have ever come across. I cannot praise the place highly enough.
