We had only booked in for a meal at lunchtime but that was enough ! Three of us having three courses - all different , so we sampled a lot of the menu and regret it. The food was uniformly dire and some was inedible.We complained at the time but the staff were uninterested totally. They were running through the restaurant playing tag with their friends and screaming with laughter with their friends at the till next to our table. Wrote in to complain to the manager and to their head office on their own customer satisfaction card but six weeks later had heard nothing back. Telephoned the manageress who almost immediately found my letter but could not explain why no-one had responded. Spoke to her again two weeks later and have still heard nothing.
