Good Points: Staff friendly, helpful and very positive. Superb evening meal and good wine list. Room stylish and lacking nick nacks thank goodness. Had a back room (view of car park, so next time will ask for room with a fells view (not a major problem though) Breakfast very good indeed.
Bad Points: Difficulty to find hotel from south bound services (possibly us being stupid)
General review: We thought it was a real find and will stay again - love the water feature visible from lounge and restaurant.
