I called in to this pub by chance, whilst en-route from Bristol to visit Yeovil & am pleased that I made a quick, unplanned visit to Ilchester.
The atmosphere was warm & friendly & service good.
I enjoyed an excellant cod & chips, so fresh & a pleasure to eat, washed down with a pint of Bass.. (what more can an Englishman ask for?!)
I will be calling in again on my next trip
