As always the food and service were excellent. However I was very concerned to find after using the toilets that there was no soap to wash my hands, the dispensers were empty and there was an opened, used bottle of liquid soap left on the basins. At the moment I am having chemotherapy and to find that there is no soap to wash was hands was very worrying (I am at high risk of catching infection) and I feel that this is unacceptable. There were also elderly people and young children in the pub also using these facilities, also high risk group. This is also a breach of Health & Hygeine regulations. I feel that the overall standard of the toilet facilities in this pub are not up to standard but this was unacceptable.
