funny how a previous review mentionede about the rooms !!!!!!!!. The royal william cranham does not offer rooms. Clearly a local competitor who hasn't done his homework. Cheap shot !

I went to this hotel for 2 nights, I would say this is one of the poorest services I have ever had food was rubbish bed was uncomfortable and everything about it was below standard I found rat droppings in my room and I think this place needs serious work .... 1 / 10
