Good Points: Excellent location and very reasonable rates for a family of four. Quiet as far as outside noise is concerned. Wouldn't know one was in central London. Bad Points: Extremely noisy floorboards so that kept awake by the floor above. Likewise floor below must have been disturbed by us. Never heard such creaky floorboards. General decor poor. Worn and badly stained carpets and cracks in the walls and ceilings. Very limited choice for breakfast. General review: If you don't mind the basic breakfast and poor decor and creaky floorboards then you will be satisfied. Okay for a convenient, low priced hotel for a short stay. If you want luxuries then you will have to pay more.
