I have visited this Farm Shop many times. The staff are cheerful and always happy to help. The meat is the best I have bought. I am pleased to say they have reopened their Coffee Shop on Fridays & Saturdays - which makes a journey to the shop worth while. I will always recommend friends.

Drovers Arms A50 Allostock Knutsford went for a meal & don't know quite what we were given but had better takeaways!! food was burnt and tasted like reheated left overs. Young people on staff were very helpful but clearly the food was a total letdown. I think this time its taking a nose dive of no return. Perhaps someone wants to build houses on the bowling green? definately something smelly and its not just the food!!! If thats the best you can do give up now before you make someone ill!!

Wetook eight members of the family for a meal on Saturday night and it was one of the worst meals we have ever had. Both the food and service were awful. The restaurant was practically empty yet they managed to serve my dad’s well done steak bleeding, my husband’s meal was stone cold, my lamb shank was covered in grease and was sprinkled with dried mint. The salad garnishes were dripping in water, the bed roll was rock hard and they had no milk for coffee except for UHT. Every single dish had something wrong with it. The attitude of the management was also appalling when I tried to complain. Was treated very badly.

My husband and I visited The Drovers Arms for a meal as we had not eaten there for many years and had been told it had been taken over. On arriving we were greeted and shown to our table with the staff being very efficient taking our drinks order while we looked at the menu. All the food is homecooked and I had the steak and ale pie with homemade chips and traditional fresh vegetables. My husband had the mixed grill which when it came out I didnt think he would be able to get through it. The present owner has really put so much effort in as The Drovers Arms has had a really bad name prior. The homely atmosphere and the lounge area with seetees is brilliant for coffee so that you can relax after your meal. We had great food and will definatly go back and recommend it to other people.

we had passed this place many times and as it was quite decided to call in for a meal as the weather was nice and we could sit outside.we ordered a starter each which arrived with no cutlery and the food was stone cold and tasted like it had been sitting in the kitchen all day.the main course for me was steak and ale pie which arrived with burnt soggy homemade chips which were cold and disgusting and no vegetables and my husband ordered a curry which after waiting 15mins was told they had none so he had to have the same as me .we were very dissappointed, will never eat there again as it was the worst meal we have ever had, and to charge what they do charge and not even serve fresh vegetables is terrible.

In Sept I wrote a very complimentary review for you.We have since visited the Drovers three times,no problems.Today we called and noticed an increase in your custom, unfortunately we didn't stay. The presentation of the carvery was not so good, burnt roasters and yorkshires and some of the veg looked sad. Tomorrow,Monday,my brother in law,Ron Baskerville is bringing a group of walkers for lunch,I have told him how good your food is,please don't let me or yourselves down.
