This is an old drinkers pub. I popped in on the off chance after reading a review online stating it had an open fire and great atmosphere. How wrong could the review be.
I sat alone in an unfurnished back room with old wooden tables with dirty beer matts. I ordered the Prawn and Mackeral dish with vegetables unfortunatley I was dished up a plate of frozen veg with a knob of butter on top.
I would never visit here again, I would recommend the stag and hound nearby
