Great, comforting homemade and local food....butternut squash with goats cheese tart, great chips, fab puddings, and the best local cheeses. The landlord was aggressive and totally unhospitable...we did not need to hear that he had been up since 06.30 and how hard he had worked, we were not thanked for our hospitality, but shouted at and told us at 11.15 TO MAKE OUR WAY HOME! Thankfully, the waitress was fab, but, sorry, it would be too traumatising to return.
