Good Points: room and facilities were satisfactory
General review: My wife and I were visiting 2 of our children who live in Cardiff. We found the hotel to be excellent value for money although we are not sure whether we had a special offer after viewing the hotel tariff in reception. We think we were fortunate not to be on the top floor as there is no lift!! We would certainly consider staying there again. The staff were friendly and most helpful

General Review: I was feeling under the weather and the staff were most sympathetic and helpful. I spent the whole afternoon and evening in my room, and they arranged for a salad to be brought to me in the evening. Much appreciated
