Good Points: Friendliness & efficiency of staff in Bar & Restaurant on Night 1.
Bad Points: Over 1 Hour wait (following order) for meal to arrive in Restaurant on Night 2.
Complete lack of "customer orientation" from Waiting Staff in Restaurant on Night 2.
Incomplete attention from Desk Staff on booking out, and no interest in whether or not we had enjoyed our stay.
Room ("Executive Suite") not really up to the standard expected from the description.
General review: Really need to get to grips with the fact that they are in a "Customer Driven" business, and that a restaurant is there to feed the Customers!

Good Points: Breakfast was cool
Bad Points: Room was a bit shabby but at the end of the day it's a bed
General Review: Stairs a bit thin, Hotel was overall pleasant and in a good location. Car boot sale opposite on a Saturday. Food excellent and they do entertain as well.
