Good Points: The room was complimented with a large en suite bathroom and power shower. The spa facilities in the hotel were superb as well as the restaraunt menu, food and service. The staff were excellent, of very high quality, extremely efficient, friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and thought it was money well spent.
Bad Points: The hotel is located in the heart of Swansea City, and the street is quite gloomy to walk out onto.
