me and my partner went to ad lib for the first time we ordered our starters which were lovely i then ordered sirloin and my partner got lobster ravaoli when asked how i would like my steak i said medium but when i got it it wasnt it was cooked rare my partners meal was lovely so i sent my steak back i asked to see the menu as i was put off of having steak again i then ordered a burger which was burnt on the outside but fine inside but i didnt bother complaining i just ate it i then asked for the bill which showed that id still been charged for the steak when i approached the waitress she said to me that there was nothing wrong with the steak and that i had to pay for it anyway she then got the manager to come over she said to us rather loudly and not in a very nice manner whats the problem i then explained she replied that steak was cooked medium i said to her that there was blood comin out of it and she said no there wasnt i was very embarrased and said im not paying for the steak because id only had one bite of it she was very cheeky and came over and grabbed the bill and the 60 pounds and said to us very loudly i dont expect yous to come back here we then drank our drinks and left i was really looking forward to trying ad lib i was very dissapointed and thought we were treated very unfairly and i dont see us going back not that we have the choice anyway
