simply great stay at down hall. faultless we thought and we stay away a lot. staff, whilst not all english by any means, are very charming (perhaps that was why!) and we even liked the food

I booked a room on the internet which was fine. However they did not serve us breakfast having told me it was included in the package when I called them the day before. A real shame - a lovely looking hotel, but don't expect any service - 4/10.
